**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organsing documents.
- Utilise office software to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- FORS compliance monitoring
- Infringment reporting

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of working in a transport / logistics environment.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with general administrative procedures.
- Good phone etiquette for effective communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Honest and hardworking team player.
- An organised approach with the ability to prioritise.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
