You should be prepared to fully examine the issue the client is presents using sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of the issues. The role includes providing information and advice from national Citizens Advice IT system and resources, signposting or referral to a specialist organisation and writing concise notes. You will need to be highly motivated and proficient in the use of IT and have excellent communication skills.
