Our fantastic Ledbury based client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their small but fun and friendly team. We are looking for confident individuals with a flexible attitude to work and excellent communication skills

Key tasks required by you are as follows:

- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Interaction with external sales team
- General administration - filing / carriers / reception duties
- Answering phones - passing on messages
- Provide holiday cover
- Creating quotes - corresponding with customers
- Respond quickly to requests for data - provide advice on company products
- Checking stock levels
- Tracking process - order/delivery/invoice - keeping customers updated
- Weekly reports to external team
- Maintaining and building relationships with customers and external team

This is a full time permanent position, working Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm. There is a holiday allowance of 22 days + bank holidays (3 of these must be kept aside for Christmas shutdown).
