**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute MIG welding on various materials and components according to specifications and drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all welds meet stringent quality and safety standards.
- Inspect welded joints for defects, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Maintain and perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a MIG Welder.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Relevant welding certifications are an advantage.
