**| MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8:30AM - 5:00PM, 4:30PM FINISH ON A FRIDAY |**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers according to established schedules
- Assist in the preparation of finance reports running them weekly and monthly
- Calculating and processing of internal staff payroll
- Provide support during audits by gathering necessary documentation
- Process supplier invoices and credit note as and when required accurately
- Maintain record of all business purchase transactions
- Monitor and manage outstanding payments to suppliers
- Handling any enquired relating to payments / invoices
- Handle payroll related enquires and resolve any issues
- General administration tasks within the finance department

**Requirements**:

- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong accuracy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.47 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Colwick, Nottinghamshire (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Colwick, Nottinghamshire: Relocate before starting work (required)
