As our Senior Online Merchandiser, you will collaborate closely with our commercial and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with our trade plan, maximising impact and enhancing our customer experience. Your knowledge of online merchandising systems and tools will be instrumental in supporting and optimising our customer journeys to drive trade, understanding performance through insights and analysis.

You will build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Customer and Operations teams, as well as with 3rd parties, to ensure end-to-end online customer journeys are considered in plans.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Supports category/area content, search and navigation optimisation tasks/reviews by executing changes onsite and product optimisation tasks. Inputs ideas into action plans and provides data to assess impact/benefits.
- Supports implementation of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) enhancements
- Conducts regular homepage/category/functionality/price/assortment
- comparisons and highlights trading opportunities

**Essential skills you’ll have**:

- Digital awareness - understands the the interplay between online metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV) and knows how to drive performance across these levers
- Detail oriented & highly numerate
- Commercial acumen
- Building relationships across teams
- Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic thinking and proposition development, both commercially and for the customer.
