- Grade 4 £23,500 - £23,893, £12.18 - £12.38 per hour, pro rata.
- Hours of employment:

- 5 hours per week, flexible, Monday to Friday, term time only.
- The Governors of St Mary’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a Clerk to Governors to begin in the Summer Term 2024. This post is part time, term time only, 5 hours per week, with the need to be flexible on times.
- Details of post:

- To work closely with the school and it’s Governing Body
- Advise the Governing Body on governance, constitutional and procedural matters
- Provide full administrative support to the Governing Body
- Issue agendas
- Attending Governor meetings, including Committee meetings
- Taking, producing and circulating accurate minutes
- Manage information effectively in accordance with legal requirements
