**What you’ll be doing**
- Building and executing the commercial plan to migrate customers from traditional to future technologies
- Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of commercial trading & management
- Analyse and target priority customer groups creating sales
- Using insight, analysis, and pricing trends, recommend improvements to migrations
- Work with Sales, finance, marketing, props to manage the migrations plan to continually optimise and enhance our migration performance.
- Input into forecasting and reviews associated with the MTP/ P&L and trading performance of key Voice portfolio
- Identify key risks and opportunities within the regions, creating and executing commercial interventions to ensure delivery of the P&L and trading performance
