**Who we’re looking for**

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils. You will be committed to making a positive difference to young people’s lives and in supporting and developing their learning. Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, providing the support they need to succeed.

**You will have**:

- GCSE in English and Maths at grades A*-B (Grades 9-6) and A Level (or equivalent) qualification in English at grades A-C.
- Experience working in a school, sixth form or college setting.
- Experience delivering support and/or intervention programmes.
- The ability to deliver effective learning support, within the classroom and as part of small-group withdrawal.
- The ability to teach at KS3 level (under guidance from a teacher).
