Valet

At The Cadogan, we are looking for a Valet to join our Housekeeping team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Valet responsibilities include washing and pressing guests laundry, presenting laundry for delivery to our guests and looking after distributing staff uniforms. If you’re interesting in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. The shifts are mostly Monday to Friday in the morning but you must be flexible if needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Washing and pressing guests linen
- Handing out staff uniforms and placing orders when necessary
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
- Help guests retrieve lost items
- Follow hotel security guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Room Attendant or Maid
- Good physical health and stamina
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status)
