Finance Assistant
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a £10mil t/o business based in Southampton. This position will be reporting into the Finance Director and be responsible for assisting with all aspects of Finance, specifically withinaccounts payable.
The Role:
- Maintain and process accounts payable transactions, preparing and entering invoices
- Assisting with daily banking, processing expenses, uploading and validating BAC files and weekly payment runs
- Provide monthly reporting, investigate and resolve queries
- Bank and statement reconciliations and reviewing supplier statements
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Studying towards AAT or fully qualified
- IT Literate including advanced Excel
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
