Despatch Assistant

An exciting opportunity within the UK’s leading online racket sports specialist based in Duffield, Derbyshire. This is a varied role within a busy office/showroom and a growing business.

Duties will include:

- Sign for deliveries, check deliveries and put in correct place in stockroom
- Check delivery notes and liaise with accounts
- Assist with the processing of all online orders including picking, checking, packing and labelling.
- Ensuring that the showroom is clean, well-organised and stock is clearly labelled/priced
- Greet customers and visitors
- Assist with customer returns
- Answering phone and dealing with customer queries
- Taking messages and passing to appropriate member of staff
- Assist customers in the showroom

Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends /later working will be required during peak periods/to cover holidays. Your core hours will be 09:00 - 17:00, with 30-minutes for lunch.

Total hours per week: 37.50
