**Job Description**:
**The Ambition**

As Early Careers Recruitment Partner, you will own all recruitment activities for early careers programmes here at Frasers Group. As part of a cross functional Early Careers team, you will partner with the wider people team, as well as department heads and line managers to understand business and talent needs, creating recruitment solutions that focus on delivering against quality of hire and volume targets.

**Sourcing**
- ** Creative attraction** - work with our employer branding partner to create compelling attraction

**Stakeholder Management**:

- ** Trusted partner **- connecting with L&D, line managers, TA and the people performance team
- ** Adding value** -enhance and elevate what we do by seeking to understand business priorities

**Selecting**
- ** Culture & Values **- driving the culture and values first agenda across all selection processes and exploring ways to further enhance these factors

**On-boarding**

**Reporting**
- ** Meaningful **- delivering key data throughout the programme to support EC recruitment decisions
- ** Market insight**:

- provide fast and accurate external data to support hiring and commercial decisions

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Recruitment experience is essential, either agency or in-house
- Experience in an early careers environment within a large corporate environment would be ideal
- Able to work at a fast pace, multi-tasking and prioritising a busy workload
- Experience managing high volume recruitment, including high volume pre-assessment, in person assessment centres and offer management
- Able to build effective relationships with a diverse pool of internal stakeholders using strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Looking to develop a career with a global, commercial PLC
