Global IT business are seeking to add an experienced accounts payable supervisor to their finance team to oversee two junior clerks. The role is based in their head office in Leyland and offers hybrid working.

Your role as the accounts payable supervisor will report into the accounts payable manager, and will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable process alongside being the point of contact for two junior accounts payable clerks.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create, maintain and update supplier accounts
- Deal with issues and queries relating to invoices
- Manage and resolve internal invoice queries, ensuring debit balances are managed quickly
- Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled, any queries are dealt with/escalated promptly
- Ensure that all correspondence is dealt with promptly and escalation files are maintained
- Monitor and clear invoice register
- End to end reconciliations

To be considered for this role:

- 3 years end to end Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of inputting accuracy
