**Vibrance** has an exciting opportunity for a **community outreach worker** to join our exceptional team in **East London.**

You will join us on a either a **full-time or part time permanent basis.** In return you will receive a **competitive salary of between** £20,125 to £20,956** **per annum.**

**Vibrance **is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

Our service users are living **independently in the community **and doing great But they need some support to enable them to live their **best life**.

John wants support to go to the **pub** on Fridays, Jane wants support with **getting healthy **- she wants to go to a slimming club and go to the gym but hasn’t got the confidence. Can you provide the **motivation, support and guidance **to help her succeed? Emily and Ron need some **practical support** with cooking and cleaning their flat, whilst Patrick needs help to manage his **mental health** and keep well.

Working on a 1:1 basis with individuals, you will be providing support with everyday life including, education, employment and recreational social time.

We don’t expect you to have all the answers which is why we give you lots of **training and support**, a g**reat team** and **supportive managers** so you can be a great support worker.

**Working hours**:
Full-Time: 37 hours per week

Part-Time 18.5hrs per week

Zero Hour contracts are also available.

Some service users require overnight sleep-in support for which you will be compensated on top of your annual salary.
