We're looking to grow our PVC Window and Door manufacturing team and are on the look out for somebody to join our PVC Welding area.

As a family owned company, we've grown 60% in the last two years and have a plan in place that allows us to continue to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to come on this journey with us and play a key part of our growth. Production is the heart of our business and production quality has played a huge role in our continued development.

PVC windows and doors start life as a 6m length of pvc profile and go through various production processes before they are despatched or installed by our team into homes throughout Cumbria, Lancashire, Northumberland and Scotland. The role will cover, in time, the full range of production processes and we aim to have all members of the production team rotatable and skilled up in different areas.

We work Monday to Thursday 0800-1630 and Friday 0800-1400. We try not to work Saturday shifts as weekends are for fun, but we do not restrict Saturday working if workload demands it.

Pay adjusts with development and advertised salary is currently based on a trainee role but pay is negotiable with experience. If you're an experienced PVC fabricator already, let us know. Apprenticeships are also available.
