At Lookers Stockport Renault, we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a New Vehicle Administrator, in order to not only support the day to day running of our operations department, but also provide an exceptional administrative experience.
Here at Stockport Renault, you will be reporting to the accomplished Belinda Swan. You will work alongside 2 fleet sales administrators and a used vehicle administrator. This opportunity to learn from one of the best is not to be missed Belinda will impart her knowledge and experience to you, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the Automotive industry.
Our Administrators support the day to day running of our department with a high level of accuracy. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace while providing a first class level of service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining all customer databases and answering all internal and external queries via telephone and online.
- Support the ordering of vehicles for customers using the internal fleet management system.
- Make sure that all orders comply with Lookers policies and procedures, and you'll give customers accurate quotations utilising our approved quotation system.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
Qualifications:
Having previous experience of working in the automotive industry and using Keyloop would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be offered.
