**Location**:Bedwellty House & Park, Tredegar

**Salary**:Grade 2 (£20,441-£21,189) per annum pro rata)

**Hours**:x2 posts** **4 hours a week

**Job Summary**

Assisting with the management of the reception area, taking bookings, responding to face to face and telephone customer enquiries. Recording and balancing of cash and other payments, to direct and assist visitors to Bedwellty House & Park and to answer queries. To ensure high standards of customer care and ensuring Bedwellty Brand Standards at all times.

**_To be the first point of contact for visitors to Bedwellty, ensuring a friendly and professional welcome at all times. _**

The Receptionist will be responsible for receiving and recording all monies paid by visitors/Organisations at the reception desk, hire fees, shop sales and any other income.

To ensure that proper control is administered at the main entrance when visitors enter the building.

The post holder will be expected to work evening, weekends and public holidays to meet the demands of the service.
