**Job summary**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Jersey mental health hospital liaison team. You will lead in providing highly specialist evidenced based assessment and treatment for clients with a range of complex mental health needs, who have been admitted to the Jersey General Hospital. The post offers the opportunity to develop clinical skills whilst working in a dynamic, motivated team.

You will have a good understanding of mental health and the appropriate assessment tools and skills to deliver the interventions required to provide support. Committed to safeguarding those who are vulnerable you will liaise closely with other agencies to provide the best care for service users. This is an exciting opportunity to join this service during a period of redesign.
