We have an exciting opportunity for a **SPOC Data Administrator** to contribute to the development and ongoing success of the CGL Birmingham service. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, committed and driven in order to meet the expectations of this challenging role.

**About the role**:
- To support the service in processing general and batch printing of all FP10 Prescriptions for posting as per service protocol.
- Be responsible for maintaining and updating local and central databases and provide timely and accurate data and information.
- Record data and information in order that the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
- Administrate petty cash management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone and reception duties, building management, support of telecommunication and IT systems to ensure that substance users consistently receive high quality services.
- Act as a point of contact and co-ordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.
- Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner (CRiiS)
- Train/induct admin staff on in-house systems
- Maintaining the process of prescription generation and changes in scripts across Change Grow Live Birmingham and in line with Doctor’s medical review
- Cover for reception, Clinical Administration, and Criminal Justice administration when required.
**About you**:
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (eg. NDTMS, Public health
- Expertise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages
- Experience of maintaining data bases and other data management systems
- Show a capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Employ an empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users
- Experience of managing reception duties
