**About the department**:
Joining us means you will be part of an Asset Management department that prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver a first-class property based service across the Group.

We are looking for people with a passion for Grounds Maintenance.. You will be joining an established Grounds Maintenance team, so we are looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills.

You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together, to provide an excellent customer experience.

**Role Information**:
**Please note this role is Fixed Term until 31st October 2023**

Working as part of a team, you will help enhance our residents’ green spaces, creating well maintained, tidy open areas of communal gardens and grassed areas around homes and estates.

You will carry out a programme of grounds maintenance, grass cutting, strimming and general up keep of the Group’s properties, along with any other duties commensurate with the position. Previous experience of using gardening machinery is desirable but not essential

You will need to have a passion for gardening and working outdoors and experience of using gardening machinery.
