**Pay rate**:£12.45

**Hours / Shifts**:37.5hrs/week Monday - Friday 6am-2pm

**Responsibilities will cover several areas such as**:

- Being the main stores contact for the Catering Department
- Ensuring hygienic cleaning is carried out and maintained to the trust’s standards
- Management of stock control and deliveries using hand-held computer device (training provided).
- Undertaking regular stock takes and catering department audits.

**The skills required are**:

- Happy to be in a fast-paced physical role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills with a good understanding of spoken and written English.
- Be able to keep accurate records of all activities for audit purpose
- Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate Mandatory
- Understanding of COSHH & Health and Safety
- Experience of working towards budgets
