Customer On-boarding Co-ordinator

Overview of role

We are looking for a Customer On-boarding co-ordinator to join our growing team, to successfully manage multiple projects to ensure a smooth transition onto our software platforms whilst effectively managing customer expectations.

About you

You are an ambitious career-driven individual who is highly self-motivated and can work independently or collaboratively within the department. You have strong organisational skills, with a determination to deliver exceptional customer service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment, and are not afraid to challenge current processes or share your ideas on how we can continually improve the experience for our customers. You will be confident handling lots of projects at a time and be able to demonstrate strong time management skills.

What you'll be doing
- Primary point of contact for our new customers as they embark on their customer onboarding journey with us, ensuring a smooth transition onto our software platforms
- Accountability for installing the required software into all new sites. This will include an ability to navigate latest windows operating systems at a basic to intermediate level. You will need a basic understanding of windows firewalls and be able to demonstrate a basic to intermediate level of basic IT skills including Microsoft office products such as outlook, word and power point.
- Professionally assisting and resolving customer questions quickly
- Maintain customer records by updating CRM systems to ensure accurate revenue reporting and invoicing is done accurately
- Working with multiple internal teams to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
- Meet or exceed established performance KPI requirements

Your professional skills
- GCSE/A-Level min
- Good basic I.T. Knowledge
- CRM Database management an advantage

- Great interpersonal skills with a problem-solver mentality with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience with following defined processes using CRM and ticketing systems (Hubspot/Asana a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for growth
- Inquisitive and interested, you have a love of questioning and improving on current processes and want to make a positive difference
- Previous experience in a multi project-based role would be an advantage
- Shows initiative and drive to do things better
- Maintains a high standard of performance
- Organises time to ensure deadlines are met
- Can be counted on to work autonomously without supervision
- Understands that the customer is key to company success
