Creative Lead

Location: Hampton Wick

**Salary**: £42,000 PA (FTE)

Duration: Permanent Full time or Part Time (min hours for part time 25 )

Hours: TBC

Lead on the creation of graphic and video asset management in alignment with the marketing strategy across the organisation. This role will cover the creation and project management of video content and graphic design elements to support our global marketing campaigns, with a strategic oversight on optimising content for various channels and purposes for both internal and external audiences

Key Responsibilities of a Creative Lead
- Lead on managing the strategic requirements of the business for marketing graphic and video assets
- Responsible for directing, shooting, editing and post-production of short-form and long-form video content
- Responsible for creation of graphic assets, marketing collateral and sales support tools across the range of internal and external audiences
- Responsible for maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across the organization as the creative brand custodian
- Create and then maintain a process for internal project requests to ensure visibility across the organization
- Responsible for creative asset storage, access and release to internal and external audiences
- Knowledgeable of house written and visual style across internal and external projects
- Analyse content to see what is effective and gain insights into what content we should be creating and how it can be optimized This role requires 10-20% business time for travelling/attending events and off-site video filming Essential
- Highly adept with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & After Effects
- 2+ years of graphic design experience
- 2+ years of video creation experience
- Video editing skills (Final Cut or Premiere Pro).

- Adobe Certified or extensive portfolio
- Strong eye for graphic design
- Solid understanding of branding
- Experience working with animation
- Willing to use own video production equipment (not essential).
