**About the Job**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and well-connected Radio Plugger at Liberty Music PR. The Radio Plugger will be working closely with the team on several campaigns, you will be expected to manage your own day efficiently, we are looking for an individual who can work with artists in the Hip /Hop and afro beats musical genre.

Networking and building relationships, supporting upcoming artists to grow and become successful. You will pitch and send clients' new music to FM stations, DJs, show producers, and media contacts securing airtime for clients.

Ideally the Radio Plugger will also have experience with networking and cultivating sustainable relationships with prominent, presenters, producers, playlists or DJ’s.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
*Building and developing relationships with key media partners and radio producers to achieve support for artists on a national, regional, and specialist level.

*Coordinating with artist managers/record labels to effectively run single and album campaigns to publicise music from emerging and established talent.

*Pitching new music to radio presenters, DJ’s, and show producers.

*Adding client radio monitor stats to a coverage book for them to see the analytics of how their track is performing.

*Telephone correspondences to discuss campaign updates, clients story shaping and how the campaign will roll out pre-onboarding.

*Update and maintain the radio database.

*Sourcing new clients to onboard (social media)

*Following up with past clients for potential repeat opportunities

*Previous experience in the music PR industry

*Experience with networking and cultivating sustainable relationships with prominent presenters, producers, playlisters or DJ’s.

*Ideally has experience using FATdrop or software that is similar, to submit new music to

new leads.

*Ideally you will have evidence of radio monitor experience (data handling)

*Be passionate about adding value to the business and the artists artistry.

*Be proactive and a natural problem solver.

*Be capable of sourcing industry contacts.

*Excellent written and communication skills
