Respectful Care Nottingham North are currently looking to expand its management team with the addition of a Client Team Leader.

This is a full time position based at our office in Arnold however we deliver care throughout the Nottingham North area. Covering areas such as Arnold, Carlton, Hucknall, Eastwood, Nuthall.

We need your support in providing exceptional care to our wonderful clients and to work alongside our amazing staff to provide the best service possible and continue being an "outstanding care provider"

You will need to have:

- Flexible attitude to working to ensure safe running of the service
- Dedicated and hard working.
- A driver that has their own car
- An up to date DBS check
- Have experience at senior level in managing or supervising junior staff.
- Experience in Assessing and writing care plans and risk assessments
- Have experience delivering care in the care sector.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting an ‘on call’ ‘out of hours’ service.
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
- And have a real passion for working as part of a team and delivering the highest standards possible.

As a team leader you will receive;
- £24,000 - £26000 p/a (depending on experience)
