Senior HR Administrator

Anderson Knight are working with a client based in North Lanarkshire to recruit a Senior HR Administrator. This is a full time position, working onsite 4 days per week. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator or Assistant who is keen to learn and progress in their career. This position offers exposure to all aspects of HR in a busy fast paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration of the HR function, including but not limited to, employee benefits, recruitment, onboarding, absence, performance and employee relations.
- Respond to HR queries from colleagues across the business
- Maintain the HR inbox
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and attendance records.
- Support with HR metrics and reporting
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year HR Admin experience
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
