**Due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Plant Machinery Administrator to join our team based in our Head Office in Windlesham.**

**Job Purpose**:
As a **Plant Machinery Administrator, **you will support the **Plant, Machinery & Fleet Team **in undertaking tasks which proactively contribute and support the team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all plant machinery assets across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as first point of contact for all internal and external communication, demonstrating professionalism and knowledge of the business.
- Handle, resolve and record customer enquiries and queries in a timely manner.
- Proactively liaise with management regarding purchase orders, deliveries, sales and ordering of Assets.
- Recording and managing all aspects of the asset operation
- Take responsibility for continued self-development via appraisal outcomes and other methods of feedback.
- To undertake any other duties that may be required within the area of your responsibility.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in an Administrative Support role.
- Previous experience and knowledge of databases and systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to establish and sustain good working relationships and the initiative to work alone.
- Practical use of MS Office suite at an intermediate level.
