Learning at St Claudine’s is rooted in the Gospel values in a warm, supportive and nurturing community. Even though we are a Catholic School, it is not a requirement to be Catholic and our international community welcomes staff and students of all faiths and none.

St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls is a secondary school for girls located in Willesden, North London. A school in the Catholic tradition, it was founded as a boarding school in 1888 and later become a voluntary-aided school. In 2012, the school attained academy status.

St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls provides places to more than 1,000 girls aged 11-18 and has its own sixth form.

**Values and vision**

As a committed Catholic school, St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls ensures that prayer plays a large part in the school day. Students pray together twice a day, as well as occasionally in lessons and in advance of exams. Mass is celebrated weekly, rotating between different year groups, and the school has close links to Catholic bodies in the local area.

The spiritual growth of the secondary school’s students is considered to be of equal importance to their academic success, with students having the option to attend retreat days led by the school’s own chaplain.
