Elevation Recruitment Group has been exclusively retained by CPL Products Ltd to recruit a Project Manager for their Immingham site.
Remuneration package:
**Salary**: c£60,000-£70,000
33 days holidays inc. bank holidays
Pension - 5% employee contribution/5% employer contribution/4 x life cover
37.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday
Discretionary bonus payment
CPL is a diversified company operating in the following sectors:

- Supplying solid fuel heating solutions that enable their consumers to enjoy a real fire
- Filtration solutions that can purify both air and water
- Refractory repair services and products
This role will focus on their activated carbon supply and regeneration service.
CPL has grown from strength to strength over the last 5 years, and continues to grow into new areas through their research and development work.
This role will include involvement in projects ranging from feasibility studies, right through to full plant design and builds.
CPL is actively looking for a Project Manager with experience in process plant construction and project management.
The role will involve:

- Ensuring design work meets relevant standards both H&S and British
- Preparing and meeting pre-build regulatory requirements (Local Planning, Environmental Agency, CDM)
- Working with the project team in all aspects of project work ranging from concept design to delivering operational handover packs
- Sizing, pricing, and sourcing of equipment
- Managing contractors
- Overseeing the commissioning of plant equipment
- Qualified in an Engineering discipline (ideally to degree level)
- Proven background managing design and build projects
- Experience working in technical process environments such as Chemical, Waste-Management, Steel, Recycling, Energy-from-Waste industries etc.
- Track record of managing project budgets including initial costing
- Experience of MS Project or similar
