**MissyEmpire** is seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Assistant Buyer to join our team in Manchester If you have a passion for fast fashion and a keen sense for trends that captivate and inspire young women aged 18-30, we invite you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of buying strategies that align with our brand's fast fashion ethos.
- Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timeframes with suppliers along with other buying duties
- Analyse consumer buying patterns and predict future trends.
- Regularly review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and seek new ones.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of operations.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a buying role within the fashion industry, particularly in fast fashion.
- Strong understanding of the latest fashion trends and market demands.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in budget management and merchandising.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary Upto: £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Holiday package of 28 days including bank holidays.
