We currently have vacancies for a Group Leader in our Hygiene facility. Reporting to the Shift Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Carry out the cleaning of the production & hygiene equipment on a daily / nightly basis that’s has been agreed to the current cleaning schedule.
- Liaise with the Departmental Managers regarding changes to the production plan. Hygiene resource to meet the cleaning schedule, schedule in the cleaning of the equipment to meet the production plan.
- Ensure all business hygiene standards that are set are trained out and maintained ensuring all hygiene staff are completing the cleaning schedules to the correct time specification and standards.
- Maximise use of departmental resources (labour, materials etc.)
- Manage absence, holidays, and performance
- Adherence to Health, Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations
- Previous supervisory experience desired
- Flexibility and a confident manner to meet the diverse needs of the business
- Working on own initiative, able to plan ahead and can solve problems
- Time bound, efficient and attention to detail
- Evidence of Numeracy and literacy

Our shift pattern is completed on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, nights 6pm - 6am.
