Reassured Ltd is the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK with established locations in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Manchester, Bristol, Brighton, Bournemouth and Chester.

We arrange over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies per month with leading sales conversions and customer satisfaction metrics. The business is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries.

We are an ever-growing company, currently expanding into advised and the digital arenas, bringing in an unifying new channels (self-serve, inbound, web chat, etc) ???????

**Responsibilities**
- Performing code reviews for developers and other DevOps Engineers/architects
- Identifying technical problems and providing solutions for them
- Ensuring that the software being developed is safe and secure against cybersecurity threats (external/internal attacks, supply chain attacks, etc)
- Understanding business requirements and KPIS ensuring that solutions being proposed are commercially viable
- Real time monitoring of the Development and Production platforms
- Work closely with the development team, architects and engineers, ensuring the right process and best practices are in place to ensure the teams are following a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment approach.
- Researching, designing and writing new tools for the development teams

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- API integration and Microservices architecture design experience / Containers (Docker)
- Automation of development builds and releases
- Supporting development Squads using the LEMP stack and MVC Frameworks
- Experience of continuous development and continuous integration
- Excellent experience with Gitlab (Pipelines / Security Scanning / Code Analysis)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)
- Working with medium to large datasets (Mysql / Redis)
- Cloud Hosting (Azure / AWS).
