Have you got a real passion for spirits and mixed drinks and want to play a leading role in a popular, established cocktail bar?

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in mixology to help shape our menus and train the team to deliver consistent, delicious drinks. You'll be used to busy shifts behind the stick as well as being able to coordinate a small team to ensure that everything runs like clockwork.

As an **experienced professional**, you'll also understand the nuts and bolts of maintaining an effective workspace that's clean and well-stocked, including counting stock and helping with ordering.

We're not expecting you to know everything from day one but it's important that you've got a passion for what you do and a desire to hone existing skills as well as learn new ones. We're looking for someone who is **hard-working**, **resilient** and who will be **committed** to supporting our business and team. Making consistently excellent drinks
Training and motivating the team
Acting as a Keyholder
Supervising Closes
Cleaning
Serving customers with a smile
General weekly cleaning tasks on our Checklist
Maintaining food hygiene standards
Reducing waste and costs to the business
Working at festivals and off-site events as required

Cocktail Trained
Knowledge of wines and spirits
Ability to provide consistent excellent customer service to the public

**PAY & BENEFITS**
£21,840 p.a.
35 hours/week (permanent contract) not including breaks
