Brooklands College is a Further Education College with two campuses based in Weybridge and Ashford. We pride ourselves on providing innovative and effective programmes for learners of all abilities.
The EHCP Coordinator will work in partnership with learners, parents/carers, schools, the local authority and College departments to ensure arrangements for support, in line with the learners’ EHCP are in place.
You will work closely with the ALS Coordinator to ensure the EHCP process is in line with legislation and policies set out by the local authorities and government.
You will also work alongside other EHCP Coordinators to manage the EHCP process and continuously improve the quality of support provided by the College.
You will require some specialist knowledge and experience of working in an area of supported learning and progression, along with an understanding of current SEND legislation and Code of Practice.
Proven organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for an EHCP Coordinator, along with a flexible approach to work.

We are a Further Education College that serves the community of Surrey. We have three campuses that are closely located to the town centres of Weybridge and Ashford, with very good local transport links and train links to London.
Approximately 2,000 leaners choose to study with us each year, either to start or enhance their career pathway or broaden their skills and knowledge for their own professional development.
