**Sales Administrator**

Island Meadow Parks is a family run business, which owns and operates 10 holiday caravan parks in the UK, mainly on the South Coast.

We are currently looking for a bright and helpful person to work as a Sales Administrator in our head office based in Bracklesham Bay, near Chichester.

Duties will include:

- Greeting customers and answering the phone
- Preparing and Showing caravans for sale
- Handling customer enquiries
- Organising caravan movements
- Working with the park manager to plan handover of new caravans.
- Assisting other staff

The head office is run by a small team working in a pleasant open plan converted barn. We are looking for an intelligent and friendly person, who will fit in and learn our business quickly, to provide support to our other office staff and our customers.

You will need to be accurate, have good communication and planning skills and be a confident user of MS Word and Outlook.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 9am to 5.30pm five days per week including Saturdays.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
