**Salary**: £24-25,000
Do you have experience in supporting payroll procedures? Are you an organised individual with great communication skills? Then we may have an excellent opportunity for you.
An established and busy recruitment company based in Leeds are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the payroll supervisor, you will play a vital role in the efficient and smooth delivery of service.
The role:
- Reporting directly to Payroll Supervisor
- Uploading and processing of time sheets into database
- Sending out starter packs and time sheets to new workers, P45's to leavers and pension documentation
- Tracking of holiday pay accrual and payment of holiday pay when requested
- Setting up and tracking of workers paid through own limited companies and issuing monthly statements for tax purposes
- Sending out sales invoices
- Dealing with basic payroll queries
- Any other ad-hoc requests
What we are looking for:
- Payroll experience preferred
- Attention to detail is essential
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional approach and attitude
The position is permanent and full time.
Location: Ls1, excellent transport links available
