Job Title: Solid Board Packaging Estimator / Account Manager

Location: United Kingdom

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of solid board packaging solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pontyclun: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Estimating: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
