Lovett Care is seeking a **Home Administrator** to join our amazing team at Lovett Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with our team to deliver quality care for a diverse group of residents.

**This position is full time - 37.5 hours per week.**

**Salary: £24,000 per annum**

**Job Purpose**:
As first point of contact, the role holder will provide a great first impression of **Twyford House, **ensuring that an excellent experience is maintained and delivered throughout to the highest standards for all our team members, relatives, residents, and visitors. The role holder will also be responsible for ensuring the administration function of the Care Home runs efficiently and effectively, working closely to the general manager.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure that the front reception desk is manned by either yourself or one of your team during all core business hours.
- Promote a positive and professional image when interacting with residents, relatives, team members and external bodies
- Lead show rounds at the home being able to answer any initial queries with confidence.
- Input relevant enquirer and prospective client details onto our system.
- Liaise daily with the Home Manager and Lifestyle and Relationship Manager to discuss potential stages of any enquiry, comply with all stages of the company purchase ordering process, ensuring all required data is recorded daily.
- Be involved in the move in and move out process which will include ensuring the contractual documentation is concluded, entering information onto the company system.
- Review expenditure against budget lines and report variances to the Home Manager.
- Promote participation and engagement levels and lead by example both within the whole team and the community.
- Undertake any other duties as and when required.
- Abide by all company Policies and Procedures in accordance with the Staff Handbook and Policy and Procedure File
- Completion of mandatory E-Learnings
- To embed and demonstrate our company values throughout your working day

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Superb written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
- Competent IT skills
- Experience of managing a team
- Team player, with the ability to motivate and inspire, whilst also able to work alone

**You will have**:

- Experience of working in a care environment
- Experience in role applied for
- Satisfactory DBS Check
- Full clean driving license
