Year One - Professional Development - Initial 1-year placement to learn the role and gain knowledge of the group, and the recruitment sector. Soft skills training in time management, communication, technology, and recruitment-specific skills.

Year Two - Professional Qualification - We offer funded post-grad qualifications. This will help hugely in your development (but if you want to continue just on-the-job training you can).

Year Three - Business Improvement - Research, design, and deliver a business improvement project to benefit the company, with potential for successful graduates to start their own division or business.
