**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting new vacancy for a **Sustainability Business Partner** to join our fast growing Sustainability team based out of our scenic offices in Markfield, Leicestershire.

Reporting directly to the Senior Sustainability Specialist you will play a crucial role in leading the management and implementation of sustainability initiatives across our diverse national business. This role will be integral to supporting our business divisions achieve their sustainability roadmaps and ensuring that Aggregate Industries is able to achieve its ambitious sustainability goals.

Keys aspects of the role include:

- Support with the delivery of Sustainability Roadmaps for our divisions, including Aggregates, Cement, Readymix Concrete, Concrete Products & Surfacing Solutions divisions
- Attend divisional management meetings to discuss and drive sustainability performance
- Build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the implementation and development of a network of champions across business to identify ways of improving sustainability performance
- Travel frequently to our sites ensuring that you are the main point of contact for sustainability initiatives and programmes across the business
- Deliver training and webinars to teams on sustainability responsibilities and other initiatives as well as bringing in relevant experts to upskill our operation
- Explore opportunities for sustainability innovations and drive their implementation across the business

**Who you are**
- Strong previous experience within the sustainability field
- Educated to degree level in a related discipline or currently hold relevant professional qualification
- Understanding of sustainability within a corporate business
- A passion for sustainability and the desire to make a genuine difference
- Able to communicate our goals and motivate teams to work towards achieving our objectives
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver training and webinars
