Human Capital Partners are working with a fast growing yet established FinTech company which was #1 in the FT’s fastest growing 1000 companies in Europe in 2019 to identify and appoint their Senior FP&A Analyst.

This is a unique and demanding but rewarding role that provides an opportunity to shape the direction of the company working closely with the Head of FP&A and senior management.

This role is key in assisting in both the strategic and operational management of the business through reporting, planning and analytical capabilities and by challenging and making appropriate recommendations to the business to optimise operational and financialperformance.

The key aspects of the role are to:

- Drive the forecast, budget and strategic planning processes
- Prepare high quality reporting to support the monthly Pricing and Board meetings
- Optimise pricing strategy and develop pricing capability
- Work closely with Capital Markets to deliver the funding plan and manage cash flow
- Proactively analyse and interrogate data to enhance decisions
- Support ad hoc reporting requirements and business requests

**Knowledge/Qualifications**
- Qualified/Part-Qualified Accountant/Qualified by Experience
- Experience in an FP&A or Pricing role desirable
- Experience with financial lending products desirable
- Experience working in a small company environment desirable
