Customer Service Advisor

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Albrighton - Permanant.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to be:

- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Customer focussed, friendly have customer service experience

Duties of a customer service advisor:

- Answer any questions the customers might have
- Provide assistance to help resolve complaints - if received
- Helping to cultivate and maintain a premium customer service experience

Details of a Customer Service Advisor Position:

- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays) Will work any 5 days out of 7 basis, 37.5 hours a week.
- £21,500 per Annum
- Rota 1 example: 08:30 - 16:30
- Rota 2 example : 10:00- 18:00
- (Might ask to support with 13:00-21:00 - but very rare)
- you will be expected to work 1 in 4 Saturdays (this will be working from home, and you will get an additional day off in the week).

Previous customer experience is preferred, Must have a can do attitude and willing to learn.

It is preferred you have your own method of transport as closes bus stop is 15 minutes walk, and Train station is 25 minutes walk.
