In House Plumber

Nexus Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber/Handyman for a prime managing agent on an exceptionally high-end scheme to join their team in Marylebone, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood, providing high-quality plumbing and handyman services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Install and repair fixtures, pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to plumbing emergencies or service requests.
- Perform general handyman tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical work, and basic maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure the building is kept clean and tidy; sweeping, washing down exterior gates, painting touch ups etc.
- Oversee the plant room operations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plumber/Handyman, with a strong background in plumbing repairs and installations.
- Proficiency in handling various plumbing tools and equipment.
- Sound knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
