Referencing Adviser

**Responsibiliities**
To carry out tenant referencing in accordance with company service standards, service level agreements, company policies, procedures, directives and statutory rules and regulations.
**Key Skills & Knowledge**
You will have gained administrative and customer service experience ideally from working within an accounts, financial services, property lettings and/or insurance environment.
You must be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure whilst remaining clam and professional at all times. As well as having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to deal confidentlyand professionally with internal and external clients, you must be accurate, numerate and detail conscious and be self-motivated and able to demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
We also need you to be able to adopt a flexible attitude to working hours.
