Civils Groundworker Supervisor

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional or someone with experience of labouring, groundworks or civils projects. This person will be responsible for working with and supervising 2/3 operatives whilst delivering our contracts in the Carmarthenshire area in a timely manner.

Responsibilites:

- Ensure preparation of sites, safe and tidy working environment is maintained and the wearing of full PPE and all other safety instructions are followed.
- Ensure storage, handling, use and disposal of materials in the correct manner
- Supervise and assist with all works
- Manage and organise materials from yard to site
- Ensure heavy plant machinery is operated in conjunction with CPCS training
- Complete and submit all relevant paperwork/documentation during each contract in a timely manner
- Report to management: progress of works, staffing issues and material requisitions.

Salary dependant on qualifications and experience.

The company is based in Llandelio covering the Carmarthenshire area. The company works in many fields: demolition, construction, haulage, muck-away services, installation of sewage treatment plants, slurry pits, steel framed agricultural buildings, aggregate supplies, lime spreading, seeding, flailing, ditch work, to name a few.

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have a valid CSCS Certificate.

**Salary**: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
