Sealer Grader

We are looking for a Sealer Grader to join our Boohoo Group Plc in Leicester, Thurmaston Lane to support. As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with the internal departments responsible for the smooth functioning of order processing and management.

**What you will be doing**
- Grading and sealing patterns for production
- Execute fitting reports and creating production packs and consumption reports
- Ensure all samples /garments are constructed using most appropriate efficient method
- Digitise patterns using Vetigraph system
- Ensure bulk production meets sealed standard
- Work to critical path, sealing and manufacturing deadlines
- Working at a fast paced in tune with a quick reaction and high-volume environment
- Working closely with Sales team /techs/merch teams / off shore and Inhouse production teams.

**Skills Required**:

- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Sealer Grader with a UK fast fashion supplier or retailer
- Basin Pattern making skills - Woven / Jersey.
- Good knowledge of garment construction and womenswear fast fashion
- Good eye for detail, highly organised and with excellent communication skills
- Confident, dynamic, excellent time management and organisational skills
- Have experience of working in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines

Good digitised/grading experience, ideally using Vetigraph
