We are looking for an experienced Lecturer to join our team at Wirral Metropolitan College. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £27,647.00 to £36,042.00 per annum.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and innovative Music teaching to students.
- Provide high quality and effective teaching and learning.
- Assess and track student progress.
- Provide appropriate feedback to students.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of new courses and materials.
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in Music or a related field.
- Experience teaching Music in a college setting.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning.
