We have a rare opportunity for a resourceful and motivated EA to support our Chief People Officer and wider Group HR team in contributing to our overall people strategy.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the global people strategy, working in partnership with CPO / HR on priorities, at both tactical and strategic levels.-
- Provide proactive support and partnership to the HR leadership team, including assistance with travel and arranging group meetings.- Enable group wide HR projects, coordinating with key stakeholders to track and drive completion, and champion implementation and communication of change activity.- Act as a custodian of the people function, ensuring a positive experience is provided to all internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes- You will understand the importance and impact of excellent people practices across the group, be proactive in your approach, with a strong work ethic and preference to work collaboratively.- An understanding of a highly matrixed organisation would be beneficial to this role however, experience in building strong relationships and managing key stakeholders across a large organisation is essential.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and other productivity tools is needed, with aptitude and interest in continuous skills improvement and new software/systems. The skillset commonly needed for project management responsibilities would be highly desirable- As a central role to the operating efficiency of HR across the group, you will be approachable with a natural humility, who enjoys team collaboration and moving solutions into action
