**Your new company**This Building Consultancy opened the Leeds office in 2018, has grown and is looking to become one of the established Project Management and Building Consultancies in Leeds. As a result of continuous and sustained growth, we are now seeking a to recruit a newteam member at either Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level to further develop the business. They currently offer the following services;
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Project Monitoring for Funders
- Dilapidations
- Building Surveys
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Party Wall Matters
- Principal Designer
- Defect Analysis
- Insurance Fire Reinstatement Valuations

In terms of clients and typical projects they are currently engaged by a hotel operator to manage a series of hotel refurbishments across the North of England. The Leeds office is currently engaged working on refurbishment projects in Lytham St Anne's andHarrogate.
They were recently successful in being appointed as Project Manager for the conversion of the upper floors of a retail property in central York into 21 services apartments on behalf of a locally based developer.
They were also recently appointed by a national firm of solicitors in relation to the refurbishment of their 14,000 sq ft offices in central Leeds. They will look to build on this instruction as commercial occupiers seek to rationalise their space in Leedscity centre.
They have also developed contacts with local office and investment agents and have undertaken acquisition surveys and contract administration instructions on a number of commercial offices and industrial properties around Yorkshire.
It is envisaged the new Senior Surveyor/Associate Director will work with them to enable sufficient capacity to manage the existing workload while seeking to grow the Project Management service line and target new business through existing contacts and theirown contacts.
**Your new role**Annual Expectations for the Role of Senior Surveyor/Associate Director
They are currently seeking and enthusiastic and sociable surveyor to join our existing team in the Leeds office. The key focus of the new Senior Surveyor/Associate Director should be on winning new business/instructions, winning new clients and developing andassisting in running the business.
